Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (ACIE) held the groundbreaking ceremony for 

Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi, the EEC Promoted Zone for Targeted Industries 

on December 2nd 2021

 

 

 Mr.Thawatchai Srithong, the Deputy Governor of Chonburi, Mr.Songsak Chuenta, the Representative of the Governor of Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, the President of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Mr. Phisit Sirisawasdinukul, Ban Bueng District Chief, Mrs.Panida Panchot, Nong Yai District Chief, Mr.Seri Atipatha, Chairman of the Board  Asia Clean Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. and the executives from the public and private sectors attended the official beginning of the construction of Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi, a joint development project between Asia Clean Industrial Estate (ACIE) and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand. 

Speaking about the event, Mr. Thawatchai Srithong, the Deputy Governor of Chonburi commented: “Asia Clean Industrial Estate (ACIE) is very suitable for Chonburi province.  According to Chonburi’s vision, we aim to develop our province to be the innovative and leading economy city of ASEAN. We’re ready to support this ACIE project. I’m convinced that once the construction is completed, many investors will join this project and create economic value to Chonburi province and the eastern region of Thailand”

Asia Clean Industrial Estate Chonburi is an EEC Promoted Zone for Targeted industries. The infrastructures and utilities will be constructed according to the Eco Industrial Estate standards for infrastructures and utilities, and will have multiple sources of power supply including clean and renewable energy, multiple sources of water supply with 120 rai of raw water reservoir located next to the Asia Clean Industrial Estate, natural gas supply from PTT, and underground fiber optic network with multiple service providers (AIS, TRUE, NT). The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2022.
